I have heard “You Raise Me Up” a countless number of times. But when these two tiny kids got on the stage and started singing it, I couldn’t believe my own ears. These children are really small in age, but the way they sing this epic masterpiece is definitely going to get you hooked! Their rendition is simply unbelievable!
At first, I really didn’t know what to expect, but as they finished their performance, I had a tear in my eye. Such powerful voices at such a young age! “You Raise Me Up” was originally composed by the duo Secret Garden. But it gained popularity when Josh Groban recorded it in 2003.
The song is about being lifted up by the people around you, and how they can help you become the best version of yourself. The lyrics are full of hope and optimism, and the melody is both tender and powerful.
