In the wake of the tragic New Orleans attack on New Year’s Day, President-elect Donald Trump has vehemently criticized current U.S. leadership, labeling the nation a “disaster” and a “global laughing stock.”
The attack, perpetrated by 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a Texas-born Army veteran with alleged ISIS affiliations, resulted in at least 15 fatalities and numerous injuries.
